PL series automatic bottle blowing machine is a two-step down-blowing automatic bottle blowing equipment in our factory. It can blow 2L containers at most, and it can blow 25ml. Multifunctional fully automatic blow molding equipment up to 2 liters. It is suitable for blowing packaging containers for edible oil bottles, carbonated beverage bottles, mineral water bottles, cosmetic bottles and large-diameter bottles of any shape with PET plastic as raw material.

Machine Features:

1. Adopt advanced microcomputer control system with stable performance;

2. The infrared lamp is used for heating, with strong penetrating power, the preform is heated by the rotation, the orbit is revolved, the heating is uniform, fast and reliable;

3. The lamp tube in the heating zone, the width and height of the heating zone can be adjusted to suit the heating of preforms with different structures, and there is an automatic temperature discharge device to ensure the constant temperature of the drying tunnel;

4. Each mechanical action has a safety self-locking device. When a process fails, the program will automatically switch to a safe state;

5. Each action is driven by a cylinder without using an oil pump, which has the advantages of no pollution and low noise;

6. The air circuit design divides the action and blowing into three parts to meet the needs of different air pressures for bottle blowing and action;
