Blow Molding Machine 4 Cavity High Speed Blow Molding Machine
PL-A4 is one of the current linear blow molding machines. The machine can produce 500ML with a capacity of 6000 blowing bottles per hour. It adopts a four-platen mold clamping device, which shortens the mold opening time, improves the blowing speed and the output. In addition, the drying tunnel and the blowing and drawing platform of PL-A4 are separated, which increases the blowing speed and output.
PL-A4 automatic blow molding machine is controlled by PLC system. The whole process from the delivery of the preform to the release of the finished bottle is completed automatically.
PL-A4 consists of three parts: preform conveying system, drying tunnel and blowing and drawing platform.
